    Retail Marketing Strategy:
  • COI’s retail business strategy include two major phases:
  • Phase I to open multiple brand name retail stores In selected regions (e.g. Washington DC area) as the pilot program for our franchised brand name retail chain stores.
  • Phase II to franchise our brand name chain stores nationwide.
  • Plan to open 3-5 in DC area by mid Sep. 2006; 10-15 by next spring; to implement the franchise in mid 2007 and have 50-70 stores by end of 2007
